what browser are you using? I used only Chrome browser for the activation, i don't know of the other browsers.
Anyway after clicking on the link provided http://tunnel.guru/promo/
Click on Follow @TunnelguruVPN button a small popup window will show up, log in with your tweeter account. the popup will automatically close given you a new button PAY WITH A TWEET. click on it to tweet and just follow the rest that's all. hope i was able to help?
