Is There Any Way Of Using Social Media Bundle To Browse Other Sites

I was using MTN pulse bundle to stream YouTube videos yesterday and the video stopped.I went to check my balance and it said Internet Bundle:0 Social media bundle:300MB.
I was wondering if there was a way to use social media bundle to browse other sites

We use Psiphon with Vodafone X, the idea is to turn the data given for social media to raw data which we can use to visit other site or downloads, But with Vodafone X, They did give us actual data plus the social media unlike the Mtn thingy you are talking about. However there is no harm in trying.........
