This is about surfline services, you have to purchase the data from them before you can browse, its not free, and he was referring to the speed, which turnout to be unlimited speed that Ghanaian have never experience before.....

I have been using sufline for more than two months now and i can attest to the fact that it is one of the best in Ghana now. they have set a pace which will take the other network some months and probably years to catch up with them. for the mifi it was GH205 cedis when phantom Dracon first posted on them at the time of their promotion but for now i guess it will be around gh500 cedis. there is one fascinating thing i love about their promo, the ability to give double data bundle for life as far as you continue to subscribe every month. so far so good sufline is the best when it comes to speed.
