Your nerves start to quake and quiver. Your heart starts to race and parts of your body that you though never would, begin to drip with sweat.

What's going on here?

If you are like most guys, you probably have just spotted a super cutie and you want to be able to approach her. Yet, you are paralyzed with fear or anticipation of what will happen. For most guys, they are used to rejection from a woman, or they are the type that just envisions it in their mind and never even bothers to muster up the kahunas to go out and approach that woman.

So, how should you approach a woman and calm your nerves all at the same time?

Well, many guys will approach a woman when they are out with their friends. While it might feel good to have your boys with you, it can also add to the pressure. You know that they are watching you and you know what they are going to say if you walk back without anything good to report.

You may want to consider breaking off from your boys for a minute and then make your approach. That alone can easily take a way the nerves that you might be feeling.

You also have to see approaching a woman for what it is. You going to talk to a woman. That's it and nothing more.

Don't allow your mind to create a picture of what will happen next, just go up and talk to her. You have to start a conversation with a woman to get anywhere with her, so make it happen.

The worst she can do is to act as though she is uninterested in you. And while it might sting a bit, it's no worse than sitting in the background, wishing that you had the stuff to approach a woman.
