Needs Guidance on how to go about it.

I understand why I can't post topics in my desired categories yet. Everyone has limits in here (hope am right). I have some post's about android that I wanted to share but realized that I had to wait till I am eligible to post in the Android phones and tablets category. So I decided to post it in the non categories section but realized that I can't post there as well. I just want to ask whether there's a place I can post it, cuts those places I have access to are different topics from Android and posting it there would be wrong.
Or will I need to wait until I can post in that category?

Sorry for the inconvenience. There's a lot of work going on in the background. We want to make sure all aspects of the forum are well developed. Do exercise patience. All those issues will be fixed in due course.
