To record gameplay click the Gamepad icon in the Action! window.Set video format to AVI and Video size to original.
Set framrate to 60 and tick record system sounds and allow multi-Channel audio recording.You can set Microphone recording to on if you want to record commentary.Open the game and press the F9 key to start recording.

To record Desktop click the desktop Tab beside the gameplay tab.Use the same settings as the gameplay and tick use perfect video match and tick record system sounds(if you want) and tick allow multisampling audio recording.You can set microphone recording to on if you are recording any tutorial.Press the record button or F9 to start recording.

After recording right-click the video in the Action! window and click export selected file.Set the Output profile amd video quality.You can choose youtube if uploading directly yo youtube.
Click start to start exporting.
