Judge Threatens To Dismiss Charges Against Kwaw Kese Kwawbail

The judge hearing the case involving hiplife artiste, Kwaw Kese has threatened to set the rapper free if the prosecution fails to present their witness in the next sitting date.

Justice William Boampong was angry in court Thursday as the prosecution failed to present their witnesses in the case as promised.
Prosecutor, Superintendent Emmanuel Akornnor reported in court without his witnesses.

The case has been adjourned to Friday, February 13.
The hiplife artiste was arrested and locked up at the Kumasi central prisons on November 22, 2014 for publicly smoking weed at a pub in the Ashanti Region.

He was granted bail on December 30, 2014 after several attempt by his lawyer to secure his bail.
Known in private life as Emmanuel Botchwey, Kwaw Kese appeared in court in the company of his manager, Sarfo, and fellow hiplife artiste D-Black.

Kwaw no no. They have gone to grease the palms of the person who witnessed him smoking the pod in public. They would definately make this a foolish case and they have the right to cos even Chrissy Brissy came to Ghana to smoke on stage and what did they do, nothing. Ghana de3, dabi dabi. Shocked Shocked
