After re-signing Devin Harris and acquiring Raymond Felton, the Mavs also added Jameer Nelson on a two-year deal with a cap-room exception of $2.7 million Thursday. Nelson averaged 12.1 points and seven assists per game during the 2013-14 season for the Orlando Magic.
